Bug: Sprachunterstützung Französisch

Hallo!

Die Sprachunterstützung Französisch funktioniert bei mir leider nicht in der .exe. In der sun-Vm geht's.
Ich bastele seit 3 Tagen an diesem Mist, und jetzt sehe ich erst, dass die ewe-Vm Französisch offenbar nicht unterstützt.
Ich habe mir eine Liste ausgeben lassen:

Aber evtl. variiert das auch von System zu System?
Kann bitte jemand mal FR in der Exe testen?

Ich weiß nicht, was wir da machen sollen :-(

So.
Ich habe jetzt einen Work-Around, der die EN-Locale für Französisch nutzt und lediglich das französische Sprachfile einliest.
Eigentlich wäre die Frage, ob man das nicht generell so machen will -> dann hätten wir den ganzen Ärger mit dem digSeperator ("." bzw ",") vermutlich nicht --> dürfte auch ein kleines Stück Performancegewinn bringen, wenn man nicht erst alle Zahl-Strings aus den Dateien und beim Schreiben der Dateien nochmal den DigSep ändern/prüfen muss.
Aber ich habe keine Lust, diesen Vorschlag noch zu testen.

Ich habe noch etwas länger gebraucht, weil ich noch 2 weiteren ewe-vm-Bugs umgehen musste :-(

Wenn ich das ordentlich getestet habe, commite ich es.

Soweit es die Dateien angeht, wäre ich auch für einen generellen ".". Aber im Userinterface, besonders bei der Eingabe, sollte das schon beachtet werden. Andererseits akzeptieren wir auch jetzt schon an einigen Stellen beides.
