How to have Points of Interests like public water, public toilets?

Hi forum,
sorry, I'm french, not german, so discussing in english is preferred for me.
I found out the freizeitkarte maps last year, they are really useful and I installed some of them on my Garmin Edge 830.
Now I'm practicing more and more long rides (bicycle), and in few cases I was stuck with my water, I did not find easily some water supply.
I'm wondering if such public water sources, public toilets could be shown on maps, how to activate such features on Garmin GPS.

Die sind aber kaum erkennbar. Weder, was die Größe betrifft, noch die gestalterische Ausprägung.
Klo kann ich damit jedenfalls so gut wie nicht assoziieren.

Okay I trust you, however for the French maps I use, I can tell you I miss many such POIs. So how can I improve the content of the maps? Or what have I have to activate in order to see those POI?

Add the data (POIs) to OSM (amenity=toilets).
