Passt doch! 19:00 Uhr + 8,5 Stunden = 3:30 Uhr Ortszeit für die erste Staffel

Hab die Verkaufszeit 12:30 PM, ändern lassen auf 1:30 PM. Soweit so gut.

Allerdings stand in der Antwort vom Geocoinstore, dass sie die Zeit nur um eine Stunde vorgeschoben haben: Eben von 12:30 PM auf 1:30 PM

Zeit ist, sondern eben doch europafreundliche 18:30 Uhr??? Geocoinstore meint, dass wenns bei denen 12:30 PM ist, wäre es bei uns 18:30 Uhr.

Und wenn die uns 6 Stunden hinterher sind, und 12:30 PM bei uns 06:30 Uhr wäre, würde das heissen, dass um 12:30 PM Geisterstunde ist, aber macht man um 12:30 PM nicht Mittagspause???

Hab das jetzt etwa 24.658.369 mal mit Geocoinstore umgerechnet und durchgerechnet und Excel um Hilfe gebeten. Entweder hast Du dich geirrt, oder ich brauche dringend Nachhilfe.... :?

Da die Jungs vom GeocoinStore.com immer die Central Standart Time (CST) nutzen,
liegen die immer 6 Stunden hinter uns...wären also 01:30 PM

Einziger Fehler den ich zugestehen muß...
Die rechnen mit EST anstatt mit CST...sind dann aber auch immer bei uns die genannten 6 Stunden im Minus.

Sheridan Co, KS Green & Yellow Cache

The prototype above is of the coin that is currently in production. The estimated delivery date is the first week of April 2006, so the coins should be shipped by the end of that week. 600 coins are being minted in brass with both sides in full relief. The coin is trackable on geocaching.com with a custom icon. The tracking numbers will be laser engraved.

The front of the coin features a John Deere combine harvesting a Kansas field. The coin is produced to celebrate the 1st geocache in Sheridan Co., Kansas which is named Green and Yellow Cache. The coordinates of the cache's location is listed on the coin.

The reverse features an adapted scene from an illustration from the original Wizard of Oz book. This time, Dorothy is seen holding an ammo box and gps. The yellow bands around the coin represent the yellow brick road and says "Dorothy, You made me hike 3 miles and all we got was a broken McToy", sighed Scarecrow.

Blue Canary Geocoin

The Blue Canary geocoin is tentatively scheduled for sale March 31 and April 1 through the geocoin store. Only 375 of the coins will be sold. The standard link provided by them will be posted as soon as it is available from them.

The reverse of the coin has an outline of the State of Mississippi and three flags. Mississippi was admitted to the Union on December 10, 1817. On January 9, 1861 it succeeded from the Union and was admitted to the Confederate States of America on March 27, 1861. On February 23, 1870 it was readmitted to the Union. The three flags are the current flags of the United States of America and the State of Mississippi and the last official flag of the Confederate States of America.

The obverse of the coin has the logo of Blue Canary, who has been geocaching since February 21, 2003. A blue canary is a term used only half in jest by firemen in referring to law enforcement officers at a hazardous materials incident. Unfortunately, Hazmat training for law enforcement has lagged behind that of fire fighters. Law enforcement is usually trained to rush immediately to any incident they are called to. Fire fighters have been trained to observe the area as they approach. Only half jokingly, fire fighters are taught in responding to hazardous material incidents to observe any law enforcement officers already on the scene to see if the "Blue Canaries" appear OK or are prone on the ground. Blue Canary is a retired law enforcement officer.
