Hm, an welcher Stelle hängt es denn? Wenn Du bei WMS Anfrage hinzufügen (als Beispiel) diesen http://web.rete.toscana.it/sgrwms/com.rt.wms.RTmap?servicename=_rt_wms_cartografia Link angibst, sollte es eigentlich gehen.

So, ich habe noch etwas mit den GIS Systemen herumgespielt. OpenJump scheint mit dem Italy Grid (EPSG:3003) auch Probleme zu haben. Bei mir funktioniert es jedenfalls nur wenn ich WGS84 also Geographics als Bezugssystem wähle. Mit uDig klappts irgendwie gar nicht, aber Quantum GIS funktioniert gut mit EPSG:3003.

Ich kann Dir gerne die Projektdateien (für Jump oder Quantum) senden. Dann musst Du Dich nicht durch die Layer-Konfiguration quälen

ich habe gestern Nacht angefangen, die Umrechnung in EPSG:3003 zu propgrammieren. Da es sich um ein Gauß-Krüger-System handelt, ist das nicht so aufwändig.
Was ich noch brauche: die die GetCapabilities-URL, die die Layer wirklich enthält.

so, habe die Implementierung von EPSG:3003 fast fertig.
Allerdings scheint entweder die Umrechnung nicht richtig zu sein, oder der WMS liefert einfach die Karten vollkommen verkehrt.

Kann bitte mal jemand folgende Koos in das italienische System (ROMA40, Gauß-B...) umrechnen?!

R: 1623334, H: 4793631 (<- meine vermutlich falsche Umrechnung)

so, Kartenabruf funktioniert - und zwar korrekt (d.h. mit max. 4 Meter Abweichung)

durch Umrechnung in das italienische Koordinatensystem (EPSG:3003) Gauß-Boaga mit Datum Monte Mario (Rom 1940) und Ellipsoid Hayford 1909 (=International 1924)

Mit den Layern komme ich immer noch nicht zu recht, aber das kann ja jemand anders machen

Ich mache morgen noch ein paar Tests und dann checke ich es ins SVN ein

Gerade wollte ich die die (korrigierten) Koordinaten posten (ich habe gestern festgestellt, dass der OziExplorer das hinkriegt. Aber Du hast es ja wohl schon gelöst.

Wenn ich Dir bei den Layern irgendwie helfen kann...? Was bräuchtest Du denn? Oder geht es eher um programmiertechnische Probleme?

Das ist der Inhalt der .wms, die ich mal provisirisch gemacht habe. Da kannst Du bitte die richtige Layer-Kombination und die richtige RecommendedScale eintragen.
Beachte: diese .wms funktioniert erst, wenn die meinen Code für das italienische Koordinatensystem eingecheckt habe (voraussichtlich heute abend). Aber welche Layer verwendet werden, kann man ja auch so sehen.

Ja, ich seh schon, der rst25k_igm klingt zwar gut, ist es aber leider nicht :wink:

Wobei ich nicht verstehe warum. Die wirklichen IGM 25.000 Karten sind zwar oft nicht aktuell, aber deutlich besser als das.
Da ich mit dem Verständnis der Skalierungsangabe immer noch so meine Problem habe, werde ich mal auf ein Build mit EPSG:3003 warten und dann per try and error, basierend auf Deiner Vorlag, versuchen eine etwas günstigere Konfiguration zu finden.

So, ich habe als ersten Schritt zunächst Deine Vorlage noch etwas modifiziert. D.h.: Min/Max-Scale durch Versuch ermittelt und auch den Default Scale etwas angepasst sowie den Namen entsprechend modifiziert.

Ich habe mir die Karten noch nicht genauer angeschaut. Ist die Recommended Scale eine, bei der es keine Skalierungsartefakte gibt?

Wegen der Dateibenennung:
Gibt es in Italien sowas wie Bundesländer? Ist Toskana eines davon? Oder "erfinden" wir selbst Namen für die Regionen? Welches Kartenmaterieal liegt zugrude? 1:25.000?

Und: Ja, bitte alle fertigen WMS in den Extra-Thread posten.

Mit dem scale musst Du noch was machen:
als recommended und als MinScale oder MaxScale den gleichen Wert zu haben ist nicht gut, weil kleine Fehler in der Rechengenauigkeit (was gerade bei Wurzel 2 ein Problem ist: Float oder Double, und minimale Abweichungen in der Definition oder bei der Distanzberechnung) zur Ablehnung des Downloads führen.
Also in diesem Fall RecommendedScale vielleicht auf 4.1 setzen.

keine Ahnung. Jedenfalls deckt der WMS die Region Toskana ab. Nach ISO wäre die richtige Abkürzung "IT-52", aber das fand ich doch doof.

Vermutlich besteht die Möglichkeit, entweder für jeden Layer (also für jede Originalauflösung 1:10k, 1:25k...) eine eigene .wms zu machen, oder alle Layer in 1 .wms zu kombinieren, so dass je nach scale automatisch die richtige angezeigt wird (ich habe den EIndruck, dass dieser WMS das so macht: wenn der Server in der Auflösung einen anderen Lyer für besser hält, stellt er alle anderen auf "durchsichtig").
Ich bin selbst unschlüssig, was besser ist.

Der Bereich in dem der Server bei diesem Layer antwortet ist nicht sehr groß. Der Recommendes Scale von 4 schien mir noch die beste Darstellungsqualität. Ihr könnt es aber auch konsistent mit den deutschen Karten auf 5 setzen. Wirklich viel Unterschied macht das nicht.

Infos gibt es bei Wiki, wobei ich die Abkürzung entsprechend der italienischen Wiki (relativ weit unten) verwenden würde.

Theoretisch ja: IGM 25.000 (sowas wie die Karten unserer Landesvermessungsämter). Allerdings sind die auf Papier deutlich besser als auf dem WMS, auch wenn in der Tat z.T. nur sehr alte Karten zu Verfügung stehen. Es gibt noch einen besseren Layer, allerdings muss man dann auch eine größere Skalierung verwenden.

Und: Ja, bitte alle fertigen WMS in den Extra-Thread posten.

Der Scale ist extra schon so gewählt, dass Min/Max etwas kleiner bzw. etwas größer ist. Falls das aber zu knapp ist, kann man das noch anpassen. Fällt aber evtl sowieso teilweise weg, wenn man die verschiedenen Skalierungen in eine Datei packt. Der WMS schaltet die Layer in der Tat selbständig aus oder an bzw. durchsichtig.

P.S. Die Limits für die Skalierung probiere ich immer nur auf ganze Zahlen. Wer z.B. 3.5 m pro Pixel haben möchte, der kann gerne ausprobieren, welcher Layer dann geliefert wird.

) Du meinst sicher die Vektor basierten Daten. Die verwenden allerdings einen anderen Service. Sind also, soweit ich das verstehe, in jedem Fall als eigene Definitionsdatei zu erstellen.

So. Auch diese Definitionsdatei poste ich zunächst einmal hier. Ich bin mir vor allem beim Namen und beim Typ nicht sicher, was ich da setzten soll.
Diese Karte basiert auf Vektordaten und deckt einen etwas größeren Maßstabsbereich ab, als die einzelnen Rasterkarten. Auch hier werden ggf. Details ausgeblendet.
Sie enthält insgesamt etwas weniger Details als die Topo 10 oder 25. Sie sieht ein bisschen aus wie die Datenbasis für Navis.
